Conducted design reviews to ensure quality design and specifications for vehicle durability, NVH, heat management, emissions control, safety, system installation, shipping, crash worthiness, and manufacturing feasibility. Managed and delivered multiple program designs to support a quality design package and meet Faurecia requirements. Led the execution process to ensure timing, budget, and product quality. Offered work direction and allocation of resources to tackle conflicting priorities. Interfaced with clients to obtain a definition of detailed requirements and provide project direction. Directed process improvements within product development; managed new design activities, program resources, and the completion of feasibility studies.
