• Responsible for management of 5 analysts in Aon Hewitt's Chicago location. • Lead team efforts in developing solutions to difficult or complex client situations to ensure goals and objectives are met, including delivering results on time and within budget. • Provide quality control for work done by analyst team. • Play a key role in the professional development and performance review of staff, including the mentoring and recruiting of staff. • Conduct annual performance reviews and assist with goal setting.
• Implemented the strategic setting of investment objectives, strategic asset allocation, investment management structures, manager selection, performance measurement and evaluation and investment manager monitoring. • Responsible for the day-to-day management of client relationships. • Prepared quarterly investment reviews, which involved manager and fund evaluations, performance analysis, as well as conducting manager searches for underperforming funds/managers. • Demonstrated the ability to use multiple tools to construct reports, including Bloomberg, Morningstar and Microsoft Office products. • Selected to conduct performance reporting for the Aon private equity team and index team from the on-set of employment. • Given Aon's two hardest clients after 6 months of exceptional work to perform performance reporting.
