I am a seasoned information technology professional with 19+ years of strategic planning and technical analysis experience in leading and managing complex IT projects. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for operational improvement, as well as for implementing innovative technology solutions while mitigating risk. Professional focal points include change management, business case development, vendor evaluation, cost consolidation, policy development, and documentation management. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication skills, as well as technical acumen, systems analysis, project management, and resource allocation to support efficiency and achieve optimal results. Most recently, I served as a Senior IT Project Manager with Jet Aviation. Under my leadership, I directed the review, planning, and execution of diverse IT projects, including a US-wide internet connectivity vendor migration to drastically improve bandwidth. I also managed technology equipment to ensure operations and cost efficiency, leading an initiative to replace end-of-life network equipment and secure a new printer fleet vendor, consolidating costs by an estimated $100K annually. In addition, I liaised with senior leadership and IT teams to ensure the company’s technological support structure was driving the business forward with minimal expenditures. Colleagues describe me as a progressive, driven, down-to-earth, technical and managerial expert who can be relied on to offer superior solutions that deliver profitable results on time and under budget.
