Lead technician for all Production floor, front office/Back office PC’s, laptops, engineering workstations, network printers. Maintain helpdesk ticket system by assigning, updating and closing tickets. • Provided an annual budget to each department manager for PC purchases for that year. It was based on a 3 year End of Life policy. Each PC was ordered to the specific needs of the employee. • Purchased the PC when required, imaged and configured based on the employee’s job function and need. • Responsible for troubleshooting all PC issues and maintaining the warranty of all equipment. • Deploying new PC’s and network printers on the production floor when required. • Responsible for nightly back-ups and changing of tapes and sending them off site to secure storage.
