100 Experiments (100E) is AI Singapore's flagship product. We help companies solve real-world business problems by building custom AI solutions for deployment into production. I lead the largest and most diverse team of AI engineers and consultants in AI Singapore. Over the years, I grew the 100E team into twice the size, and built a stable, high-performing unit. I oversee both the presales and engineering functions, which gives me end-to-end oversight of solution scoping, architecting and delivery. My team and I have delivered more than 50 impactful solutions to businesses, while winning business awards and publishing in top-tier journals and conferences like IEEE and Nature. Headed a team of data scientists and analysts responsible for NTUC Link's CRM and mobile app ecommerce platform. • Data Strategy: - Strengthened data engineering collaboration. Put in place new process workflow leading to improved efficiency in building data products. • CRM: - Redesigned CRM data program to support Single Customer View initiatives. - Developed new CLTV and purchase latency prediction models, leading to revamp of Link's customer onboarding strategy. - Deployed next best merchant recommender and churn prediction models (A/B tests: 13x uplift). • Digital: - Built mobile app ecommerce analytics from scratch using Tealium event stream. - Designed personalized app offers recommender. • Campaign Platform: - Deployed propensity scoring model for campaign lead generation and micro-segmentation. Strategy + hands-on data science for digital advertising and marketing models: • Leader for data science – market mix modeling, digital multitouch attribution modeling, ROI optimization. • Optimized >US$800m of media campaigns annually for leading advertisers (>100 brands across 14 APAC markets). • Wrote ML algorithms to predict ecommerce conversions and recommend optimal ad placements. • Integrated clients' data assets and built time series models to forecast sales uplift. • Set up ETL processes on AWS for terabyte-scale digital adserver event logs.
