System admin - I ensure that the servers are constantly running and if an issue occurs correct the problem. Document imaging - Scan images of documents via OPEX Falcons and an IBML Transaction Correction - Transactions occasionally will be assign to the wrong client or invalid amounts. Sometimes as simple as poor image quality and i correct and make sure they are up to standard. Deposits - Manage and ensuring deposits are made on time by the deadline set by the customer this would usually mean making sure the data entry team is working on the correct clients and deadlines
