During 2007 I have been busy setting up my own online wine business. This involved securing a storage unit, sourcing the wines I wanted and setting up delivery options etc. I enjoyed this process immensely and my site is now up and running and receiving great feedback. The web site I designed myself but received technical help as this needed to look as professional as possible. In 2014 I decided to close the internet sales part of the business down and instead switched to a consultancy. 1stwinesclub. Here I continue to advise on restaurant wine lists, advise on wedding and event wines, source and import when necessary.

Combined role involving Business Development, Customer Service and Supply & Demand. Main function was looking after the Automotive trade customers but also trained up to understand the distributor business. The automotive business involved the purchasing and forecasting of several components. This is relatively new business to the company so had to work closely with new customers setting up Supplier Contracts, terms and conditions lead time etc. Also responsible for the daily order files and the monitoring of warehouse provider to ensure goods were being shipped on time

It was a major decision as this was a passion but I now feel it was the correct decision.
Collating order & forecast figures of Copier Printer & Facsimile machines along with options and supply items from various clients within Europe, Africa & Middle East. I am mainly responsible for the figures of sister company NRGD being the main window for all PSI and general queries with Ricoh Europe. Deciding of final figures to be sent to manufacturing plants in Japan, China, Korea, USA as well as European plants. Negotiating production quantities based on fluctuation rules with manufactures and in turn with clients. The negotiation for tender orders from clients to manufactures. Phase in / phase out of models with ever growing advancement in technology. Started as PSI Coordinator rising to Planning Assistant then Senior Planner. Current project work involving SOX (Sarbanes -Oxley )& ISMS (Information Security Management System) preparation and process mapping for assessments prior to introduction.
