I led product management for Cardinal Health’s Medical Products business which markets and sells a portfolio of 100+ product lines in the US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada. I managed a team of 25 staff who drove global product strategy, performed product life cycle management, and were accountable for global product revenue and profit growth.
I had P&L responsibility for over 20 product lines and led a team of 30 staff. In addition, I led the development and implementation of best practices in upstream/downstream marketing and product management. I also oversaw Medical Segment product labeling, the Program Management Office, and the medical device stage and gate process.
I drove upstream/downstream marketing best practices for the Surgical and Medical Products business. In addition, I led the medical product labeling team, the program and product management office, and the new product development stage and gate processes. Also, I led and had P&L responsibility for Cardinal Health's anesthesia business.
