With a background in Operations Management and Logistics, I am working as a Digital Transformation Consultant. Having a critical view, I support (manufacturing) customers on the Digital Transformation to improve their Operations. I love to challenge business on improving their "unique" processes and IT on fulfilling the real business needs.
Supporting KLM Engineering & Maintenance as a Business Consultant in the IT North Star program for Airframe. The objective of the program is to harmonize and modernize the application landscape enabling future oriented capabilities. Main tasks involve collecting business requirements, structuring target architecture based on business capabilities, business case support, and definition of project roadmap(s).
- Supporting customers on the Digital Transformation of their manufacturing processes by bridging the gap between Business and Technology. - Contributing to (internal) business, portfolio and competence development. - Smart Manufacturing and MES Pre-Sales Consultation. - Atos M4MES & ISA-95 Trainer.
Supported the customer as a Project Lead & Business Consultant with the introduction and rollout of their Data Enablement & Utilization initiatives. These initiatives did not just focus on ingesting data from their legacy and state-of-the-art production lines, but also to provide business context for utilization purposes (e.g. OEE and predictive maintenance) as well. - Worked as Project Lead for the rollout of the initiative at 1 of the factories till PoC Go-Live. - Identified business needs & requirements and translated these into functional solution design.
Analyzed and improved a process within the warehouse to increase efficiency by reducing unnecessary activities.
