Graduated from UC-San Diego with a BS in Physics/BioPhysics as well as a minor in Math and Business Management. Have since worked in property management at Walter's Management and Accounts Receivables at the Fukui Mortuary. Now, I am excited to transition into the Data Analyst field, bringing my unique experiences to the table. From managing homeowner associations to managing outstanding accounts, I have dealt with data extensively.
Worked closely with the CPA monthly, creating and compiling financial and bank reconciliation reports. Oversaw and validated all outgoing statements to ensure customers were fairly and properly charged for our services. Developed a rapport with vendors to facilitate better service and limit potential miscommunication on goods or invoices. Absorbed the duties of payroll from Human Resources during periods where they were unavailable.
Assisted the boys’ and girls’ basketball programs at South Pasadena as time permitted and as opportunities presented themselves. Organized a timeline for developing skills, both individually and collectively, to best prepare the team for the season. Prioritized individual growth from a holistic standpoint to ensure students became stronger people in addition to better athletes.
Managed multiple communities while also maintaining positive relationships with all the residents and Board members. Produced monthly board packets including the current financial status of the community, status of upcoming and ongoing projects, and correspondence form residence deemed important or requiring board attention Worked with peers to ensure all clients received quality service. Tasked with training all incoming employees in the same role as myself.
