Before joining Cumming Group, I was the Vice President of Life Science at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., where I was responsible for expanding the company's capabilities and portfolio in the cGMP facility market in Southern California. I successfully led the pursuit and execution of a major greenfield clinical manufacturing facility, and managed the project from inception to completion, ensuring that it met the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. I leveraged my skills in capital expenditure planning, project planning, and manufacturing process improvement to deliver a state-of-the-art facility that exceeded the client's expectations and objectives.
