(1) Develop single-cell protein sequencing software to extract bead barcode information from chip images. (2) Work with biologists to design chips and improve chip imaging procedures. (3) Stitch image tiles improving upon stitch2d. (Increase usable image sets from 30% to 85+%). (4) Segment images and group/index segments. (5) Improve user interface to match underlying functionality. (6) Use probability analysis to inform/influence organization’s bead barcoding protocol.
