- Supplier development and mapping for new projects and open innovation with aims at right quality, should-cost, shortened lead time and market intelligence; - Risk assessment and countermeasures in terms of supplier’s know how, finance, compliance, capacity/capex vs.liability as well as EMS; - Manage the global suppliers for Vapor including Smoore, BYD, CFU and the sub tier suppliers; - Stage gate governance to hit the targeted cost and planned launch schedule; - Supplier sustainability development with the global footprint in Southeast Asia; - MOU management
- Lead the quality initiative for e-Cigarettes devices and consumables NPD and NPI; - Co-lead national launch in Japan, Korea and Indonesia; - Consumer complaints management - E2E quality governance alongside supply chain from the factories to the end markets
