- Led full P&L owner ship in APAC territory (China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Malysia etc.) - Sales team management with funnel management (Salesforce), solution and application support to drive sales activity and result. Consolidation SIP to focus of driving sales, giving clear guideline of sales behavior, standardize and simplify SIP calculation. - Analysis competition and market trend, drive cost down project to develop APAC pricing sensitive market with support from local factory. Drive niche market through design in project with support from global R&D team. - Commercial and service organization re- structure, standardize and simply business process to support drive sales growth.
