1. Good educational background with MBA degree and Bachelor degree in Industrial and Civil Construction; possess the certificate of Senior Economist, qualification of Cost Engineer and MRICS; 2. With 28 years of project management working experience in government, consulting company and developer company; 3. Solid project management experience in commercial building, civil building and retail store fit out; have been simultaneously responsible for or involved in various big projects with strong planning, organizing and implementation ability; 4. Very familiar with the whole process and procedure of project management from project establishment, project programming, project planning and design, project budgeting, tendering, construction management, contract administration, final account, till final acceptance and hand over; 5. Strong analytical skill and negotiation skill, able to solve problems with all aspects considered; hardworking, self-motivated and willing to accept challenges; 6. Able to efficiently lead, develop and train the team, and able to set up effective communication channel and good relationship with internal and external parties of the project, such as consultant, contractor, supplier, tenant/landlord and other departments within the company.
