-Managing day to day operations for both home-city and airport aspects of the Bangor and Belfast area. -Responsible for training and developing a strong team to be productive with both inside and outside sales. -Responsible for a fleet of 200-300 vehicles between both markets. -Developed and implemented a marketing plan to increase sales and fleet growth.
