My primary responsibility is to bring home buyers and sellers together to transfer the property ownership from one to the other. In addition, I work to keep the process moving so the different parties are optimistic the transaction is progressing towards closing. I do this by maintaining communication with all the participants in the transaction including; the other parties's Realtor, both sides Attorneys, the Loan Officer, as well as the Title Company, Inspectors and Appraiser. I source clients from my company's lead system, past clients, inquiries generated by internet marketing as well as through business referrals and personal referrals. I sell houses that are traditional sales and those that are Home Foreclosures, REOs and Short Sales.
Originated residential mortgages direct to the consumer.
