The Operations Specialist ensures that products flow smoothly through the Apple store by maintaining availability and completing inventory tasks. As an Operations Specialist, you will complete inventory receiving, counting, returning, and running tasks, in compliance with Retail Inventory processes. You effectively communicate with peers about the status of assigned inventory tasks and promote an understanding and awareness of inventory performance among all store staff. In this role, you are responsible for aligning your work to Apple's visual standards. You answer inventory reporting queries, follow health and safety rules, and manage the appropriate paperwork and other duties as assigned by the leadership team. You use communication and training resources to keep up to date with inventory process changes, while also maintaining and archiving government-related paperwork, in countries where applicable.

Each role serves as on-the-ground marketing personnel for Quorn, working closely with regional Field Marketing Managers to be the face of the brand through guerilla marketing tactics that are centered on sharing Quorn’s great tasting products with people across the country. Working to further OTS practices, to reduce waste in time and product, increase efficiency and safety. Respond promptly to customer needs, questions, and requests - sometimes having to resolve difficult customer situations, whether in-person or over the in-store phone system. Assisting other departments and team members by staying up to date on store, regional, and global company programs. Maintaining the “One Store, One Team” mindset, and when available, taking opportunities to cross-train in other departments or learning and taking on more job functions to benefit Whole Foods Market, the customers, as well as myself.
