As the Business Development Manager at ACD Distribution & Luma Imports it is my responsibility to recruit, onboard, and maintain business relationships vital to our success.
As the City Manager of the City of Belding I will be the administrative head of a city, responsible for managing the city's operations and services. I will work with elected officials to develop policies, budgets, and programs. My responsibilities will include: Policy development: Help develop a long-term vision for the community, and advise the city council on policy matters. Budgeting: Prepare and manage the city's budget, and apply for grants. Personnel management: Hire, supervise, and evaluate city employees. Service delivery: Oversee the delivery of city services, such as police, fire, public works, and parks and recreation. Community relations: Represent the city to the public and media, and address the concerns of residents. Special projects: Oversee special projects and studies commissioned by the council. Compliance: Ensure that city laws and decisions are applied consistently. I will also work to ensure that the city runs smoothly and efficiently, while also considering the community's past and future challenges.

As this company continues to grow its need for someone to directly oversee fulfillment became necessary. With our recent acquisition of Impressions Game Distribution this need pushed its way to the top of our list. The Director of Fulfillment coordinates and connects with our fulfillment clients and relays information onto our fulfillment manager and their operations team.
I was responsible for a transit budget of over $240,000. Also, I provided oversight of all operations/functions and finances of Belding Dial-A-Ride. My duties also included preparation of State and Federal reports for transit and preparing and administering MDOT program grants for operating and capital funding. Along with these duties I am responsible for compliance of both City of Belding and Federal Transit Administration Drug and Alcohol Programs. The Director of Belding Dial-A-Ride has to coordinate with other department heads and have oversight of 9+ employees.
