As an Ambulatory Care Representative, I was the first point of contact for patients seeking care in our clinic. I was in charge of assisting both new and revisiting patients either setting up and/or checking in for an appointment. Using EPIC systems I would verify that patients' insurance is not only active but properly assessed to avoid any unnecessary billing charges. Patients would be asked for specific information that would potentially need to be updated. While I could not assist with any medical-related issues I was trained how to properly follow up with the rest of our medical staff in the case of a potential emergency or in case of a question that I was not qualified to answer.
As a sales and stock associate, my roles included greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs. I took the time to describe the merchandise in detail, explaining its use, operation, and proper care. Utilizing my product knowledge, I recommended and helped locate items based on customer preferences. Additionally, I stayed informed about ongoing sales, promotions, and store policies, providing customers with accurate information. To enhance the shopping experience, I demonstrated how to use various products and offer assistance with fittings. Beyond customer interactions, I contributed to the store's overall organization by managing inventory, arranging merchandise displays, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Whether processing returns, facilitating special orders or assisting with delivery arrangements, I ensured a seamless and positive experience for every customer.
