Australia
Hi, I am a Mechanical Engineering student at Queensland University of Technology, pursuing a dual pathway into the Master's of Advanced Manufacturing. I'm driven by the intersection of hands-on fabrication and intelligent engineering, whether that's machining cold-formed steel frames, designing Arduino-based medical devices, or building laser-cut drones from scratch. I've been fortunate to earn the AUKUS Nuclear-Powered Submarine Propel Scholarship, a nationally competitive Australian Government award recognising high-performing STEM students with an interest in advanced industrial engineering and emerging technologies. What sets me apart is the breadth of real-world experience I bring alongside my studies. I've worked on factory production floors, led teams of 20+ staff in high-pressure event environments, and independently designed and fabricated engineering projects using SolidWorks, AutoDesk Inventor, ANSYS FEA, and MATLAB. I'm actively seeking a mechanical or manufacturing engineering internship where I can contribute technically from day one, keep learning fast, and work on problems that matter.
- Coordinated inventory management, supplier deliveries and customer dispatch logistics to maintain efficient stock flow and accurate order fulfilment. - Assembled, inspected and prepared furniture to manufacturer specifications, ensuring product quality and safe handling practices. - Supported daily store operations including warehouse coordination, customer enquiry resolution and team workflow management.
- Conducted precise field measurements and prepared custom-fit materials for window treatment installations across residential and commercial sites. - Adhered to safety protocols and applied appropriate tooling techniques to complete installations without damage or incident. - Delivered on-site maintenance and troubleshooting for window treatment hardware, resolving customer issues and maintaining high satisfaction standards.
- Supervised food & beverage outlet operations during major stadium events with 40,000+ attendees, maintaining efficiency and service standards under high-pressure conditions. - Led and coordinated teams of 10–20 staff, delivering pre-shift briefings, assigning tasks and mentoring new team members. - Operated and oversaw POS systems, managed cash reconciliation and tracked daily sales performance against operational targets. - Coordinated event setup and breakdown, adapting workflows to meet tight deadlines and varying event requirements.
- Manufactured and assembled cold-formed steel residential frame structures within a fast-paced factory production environment. - Operated and monitored automated cutting machinery to produce frame elements to precise dimensional specifications. - Performed dimensional quality checks and structural integrity inspections on completed assemblies. - Coordinated assembly tasks to support continuous production workflows and meet daily output targets. - Followed all WHS procedures when operating machinery and handling heavy steel materials.
