I am an aspiring professional with a BBA in Economics and Finance with hands on experience in aviation operations, customer service and team coordination.Currently, I am pursuing a Master in Management at IE Business School where I am honing my analytical and leadership skills with an expected graduation in June 2027. I have a background in high stress operational environments, customer service roles and service driven industries.I am motivated by roles that combine business strategy, operations and increasing customer satisfaction. I am actively exploring opportunities in business, finance and real estate as I continue my graduate studies.
Ensured on time and safe arrival and departure of Delta flights, partaking in all operations that occur from when a plane touches down until it leaves the ground. As well as customer support when dealing with delays and cancellations including rebooking flights and providing hotel and food vouchers.
Was a player on the Men's basketball team as a scholarship athlete, as well as a three time member of the All-Conference Academic team. Completed community outreach events for local children, senior citizens as well as other students.
