I'm a political scientist and development practitioner working at the intersection of governance, natural resources, and social justice. I currently serve as Executive Director of Resource Justice Network, a global movement advocating for shared prosperity on a thriving planet, in the context of the energy transition. I also serve as Global Vice-Chair of Transparency International, contributing to the movement’s efforts to advance integrity, accountability, and transparency worldwide. My work is rooted in a simple conviction: systems of power - whether in governance, economics, or resource management - must be accountable to people. This has led me to work across different spaces, from anti-corruption and civic mobilisation to critical minerals governance and global economic justice. I previously led Transparency International Madagascar (2018-2024), working closely with citizens, institutions, and grassroots actors to strengthen accountability and democratic practices. Alongside this, I remain engaged in research, teaching, and civil society initiatives, particularly focused on youth empowerment, nonviolent action, and political transformation. My academic background includes two PhDs in Political Science and Social Sciences applied to Development, with a focus on civil society, democratization, and development pathways. At the core of my work is a commitment to strengthening citizens’ agency and resilience to manipulation, supporting more just and accountable governance systems, advancing women’s leadership and participation contributing to the emergence of a new generation of ethical and capable leadership. I'm particularly interested in how different systems of power (corruption, extractivism, and global economic structures) interact and shape outcomes for communities.
