My responsibilities included the project management of research and development projects as well as leading a team of technicians, Phd and diploma students. This included planning of experiments, analysis of data, presentation of these data at conferences and in papers. In addition, I was responsible for the recruitment of new project partners and the application of project proposals at different funding agencies. Moreover, I engaged in outreach projects, in which we worked together with schools and enabled school kids to visit our company and gain insights into world of biotechnology.
