In meiner aktuellen Rolle sorge ich mit meinem Team dafür, den Glasfaserausbau und somit die Digitalisierung in Deutschland voranzutreiben. Fiber Experts Deutschland ist ein auf Turnkey Glasfaserbau spezialisiertes Unternehmen und verlässlicher Partner von Telekommunikationsunternehmen, Städten und Gemeinden. Das disruptive Geschäftsmodell von Fiber Experts basiert auf einer Bau-Plattform mit konsequenter Digitalisierung sämtlicher Prozess-Schritte sowie einem deutschlandweiten Baupartner-Netzwerk. Auf diese Weise verbinden wir Tech und Tiefbau und sorgen für mehr Effizienz, Transparenz und Qualität im Ausbau. Bei Vodafone habe ich ein Team von 200 Consultants, Architekten und Projektmanagern für das B2B Lösungsgeschäft geführt und war für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Transformationsprojekten verantwortlich. Meine Erfahrungen sowohl in kommerziellen als auch technischen Rollen nutze ich nun, um Fiber Experts noch erfolgreicher zu machen. Ich stehe zudem für den Aufbau diverser, leistungsstarker Teams und bin seit vielen Jahren Women in Tech Mentorin und Sponsorin von Frauen-Netzwerken.

My responsibilities include establishing the business development, marketing, finance and HR functions, setting the strategic direction and building new partnerships.
I am leading a team of 200 excellent consultants, solution architects, project managers, scrum masters and digital specialists as a member of the operating committee VF Business. Together, we are on a mission to support our B2B customers on their #transformation journey to industry 4.0 and make them successful in a digital world - from ideation, consulting, co-creation and solution design to project delivery. In our projects, we apply and combine classic PMI with agile and creative methods like scrum and design thinking. - Our portfolio includes LAN/(SD)WAN solutions incl. building dedicated fiber infrastructure, IoT, Cloud/MEC, Security, Unified Communications (UCC), Mobile Coverage as-a-Service, 5G Mobile private networks (MPN), and digital services like #AR. - My team is also responsible for Vodafone Germany’s 5G customer pilot programme and for driving business development in this area. - A great team needs an environment where everybody can be at their best and grow personally and professionally.
