Manage a team of software developers in charge of development for the Fipay family of products. Fipay is a Windows-based and Linux-based payment application that integrates the POS application, the pinpad hardware, and the payment processer. Development is done in a Microsoft Visual Studio .NET environment using C#.

Designed and developed THE STORE product, which is an integrated system solution for retailers. It consists of networked Pinpoint POS systems as front-ends, and an IBM compatible PC running Pinpoint software as a back-end. The application layer of the Pinpoint POS was developed in Lattice C, while the back-end software was developed in Turbo Pascal. For the European market, developed the interface between the Pinpoint POS terminal and three Electronic Funds Transfer devices. Namely, Schlumberger and Dassault Electronique for France, and Ascom for Switzerland.
Developed the interface, in Microsoft C, between the cc;Mail electronic mail package and the LinkAge SNADS Gateway. The LinkAge SNADS Gateway is an Electronic Mail Gateway between off-the-shelf E-Mail LAN packages, and IBM 370 mainframes. Developed a full-text search and retrieval product, in Fulcrum Technologies' Ful/Text and Microsoft C, specifically for the Legal industry to search through their research documents written in WordPerfect. Designed and presented a system for the Ministry of the Attorney General to control their cases. The system was to use a Clipper front-end to SQL Server running under AT&T's UNIX version of LAN Manager.
The design, development, documentation, and customer support of real-time POS Application software for various major clients in Canada, the U.S., and around the world. Developed the communications software for Electronic Funds Transfer between the Pinpoint POS terminal, and: 1. The American Express host in Paris, France through TRANSPAC, the French National Packet Switching Network. 2. The National Data Corporation's host in Atlanta, Georgia through TELENET, the American National Packet Switching Network.
