- Perform preventive maintenance for all dental equipment on time. - Provide the end user with comprehensive training for all machines which installed at his clinic even hardware or software. - Design, development, follow up and implementation for any dental project from infrastructure to turnkey including pre-installation work and installation. - Cooperating with other departments such as IT, because X-rays machines need a network connection in order to obtain an integrated communication of x-ray images at any dental center. - Install new software releases and system upgrades and connect it systems to get high performance. - Testing, commissioning and calibration for panoramic x-ray machines using their own calibration kits. - Responsible to find the equipment malfunctions and solve it correctly, by applying skills, knowledge’s and experiences or by following up service manuals. - Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with hardware and software interfaces. - Do risk management by monitoring medical technology related to alarms, recalls and investigating clinical related to medical equipment.
• Provide overall technical support for the installation, troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance for Respiratory home care instruments/equipment section. Such as Weinmann CPAP, Auto CPAP and BIPAP. Nuvo Lite oxygen concentrator and Sleep apnea machine. • Collaborated with engineering team and construction manager to develop design standards and procedures.
• Maintenance of surgical medical instruments/equipment section. Such as patient monitor, Defibrillator and suction unit, Automatic medical beds, Electro surgical unit (Diathermy ). • Attending surgical operations to check all devices needed before starting, and to help surgeons during the operation.
