With over 16 years of experience in sales & marketing, I am passionate about creating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns effectively to create brand awareness, drive sales, customer acquisition and build customer loyalty. I’m a certified digital marketing professional and with strong background in B2C/ B2B marketing, channel marketing, online marketing, content development. Currently, I am the Marketing Manager for Asia Pacific at Hoffmann Group, a European market leader in the sale of premium quality tools. A German trading company with wide product range and brands for consumer and industrial application. In my role, I lead the marketing initiatives for the APAC region, aligning with the global marketing strategy from Germany HQ. I coordinate with the sales and product teams to develop marketing communication, product promotions, lead generation, data analysis, prepare the annual budget and marketing plan. Through my leadership and collaboration, I have successfully introduce and launch Hoffmann Group in-house brand product range to the retail market and consumer.
