Facilitated strategies that lead to the successful completion of Kraft's Safety Audit without any needs improvements and received VPP re-certification. · Coordinated efforts to redesign accountability of the Trade Day Policy which saved the facility an estimated cost of $100,000 in un-needed OT. · Facilitated in the 2005 vacation true-up fixed and rolled out to the facility as well as updating the vacation policy to truly represent the Kraft policy. · Facilitated a Kelly Services hiring strategy which resulted in a reduction of fringe cost totaling a cost savings of $95,000. This relationship has reduced the turnover from 25% to 9.8%.
