I am a business administration student at Bilkent University, expected to graduate in January 2023. I have also studied abroad at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where I learned about different business practices and cultures. Currently, I am working as a HR BP Project Intern at Şişecam, a global leader in glass production. My core competencies include analytical skills, communication, and problem solving. As a HR BP Project Intern, I have been involved in various projects related to organizational structures, recruitment processes, budget monitoring, sustainability reporting, and cross-country coordination. I have used my analytical skills to research and evaluate macroeconomic data, identify and resolve deviations, and create financial models. I have also demonstrated my communication and problem-solving skills by working with different teams, and by developing and implementing recommendations and solutions. I am motivated by learning new things, contributing to the company's goals, and bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
• Examination of the organizational structures of Germany, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Russia, and Bulgaria, and updating of new organizational structures. • Coordinating, reporting, and tracking the weekly recruitment process of automotive "together" candidates abroad. • Researching customized macroeconomic data for each country and making appropriate determinations and recommendations for adjustments. • Creating budget monitoring based on monthly reports from countries and analyzing and resolving any deviations. • Thoroughly analyzing PwC's sustainability report and identifying applicable structures within our company and making recommendations. • Ability to manage one-on-one meetings between countries. • Development of analytical, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Identify growth opportunities for Modern Trade & Pharmacies • Work closely with the cross – functional team Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain to flawlessly execute the Shopper Marketing campaigns • Identify, develop and lead initiatives to drive category management and cross-selling opportunities at modern trade & pharmacies • Work with the sales team to deliver the customer centric solutions supported with strong shopper and consumer insights
