FARFETCH Platform Solutions ("FPS") is FARFETCH's suite of white-label solutions offering global, multi-channel ecommerce and in-store digital solutions to luxury brands and retailers. I led a team of 90 across London, EMEA, US & APAC with full ownership of the FPS P&L, responsible for business development, strategy, project management, delivery, client services and an in-house digital marketing agency. - Led FARFETCH's highest growth business unit, driving consistent revenue growth and sustained profitability across a luxury client base of 30+ brands and retailers. - Signed FARFETCH's first end-to-end enterprise deal with Harrods, launching their global ecommerce business on the FPS platform — a landmark multiyear partnership subsequently renewed. - Originated and signed commercial partnerships with YNAP, Richemont and Bergdorf Goodman to replatform globally onto the FPS technology stack. - Built and commercialised an in-house digital marketing agency serving 20+ clients globally across the full digital marketing spectrum. - Grew the team from 15 to 90+ members across the UK, US, APAC and Portugal.
