Founded a studio with 6 members that focused on a story-driven third-person action game with our goal being a AAA level feel to the game. Giving me to opportunity to improve on every aspect of making a game whilst increasing my communication and leadership skills. Secured a spot in the top 100 out of 5,000 entries with our game project at ITU Çekirdek, one of the top 5 entrepreneurship centers globally. Contributed to quality assurance and gameplay refinement for this 80s retro-inspired arcade racing game, now available on Steam. Responsibilities included rigorous bug testing, driving dynamics evaluation, and providing actionable feedback on UI intuitiveness and player experience.
Led the development of an educational art game, seamlessly integrating client requirements into Unreal Engine 4 while ensuring a fun and engaging gameplay experience. Responsibilities included: • Translating client feedback into actionable design changes within the engine, aligning the game with educational and artistic goals. • Providing strategic direction and team guidance throughout the development process, ensuring milestones were met effectively. • Analyzing telemetry data from playtesting sessions to identify areas for improvement, resulting in refined gameplay mechanics and enhanced user experience. • Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on a quarterly basis to streamline development workflows and ensure project consistency.
