I am a data science professional with a strong foundation in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization, with a unique background in architecture and design. My career trajectory has allowed me to blend technical expertise with creative problem-solving, and I am deeply motivated by the opportunity to turn complex datasets into actionable insights. I’ve built expertise in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and Keras, through a 6-month intensive data science boot camp. Through that I have worked on projects involving data wrangling and data visualization. Whether predicting energy prices using weather data or developing image classification models to identify food allergens, I thrive on finding innovative ways to extract meaning from data and communicate those findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Before transitioning into data science, I played a pivotal role in the development of DIVA-for-Rhino, a widely used daylighting simulation tool for the Rhino 3D modeling software. As a key developer and part of a small team, I contributed to core features and improvements, and led the technical efforts to bring the plugin to market. This experience honed my skills in coding, providing user support and feedback, and collaborating across disciplines—skills that I now apply to my data science work. I am seeking opportunities where I can leverage my technical expertise in data science to drive insights in industries like tech, energy, and design.
