Started commercial fishing in Pelican, Alaska and then followed jobs building a 87' shrimper/crabber "F/V Marcy J" in Mobile, Alabama, sailed it through the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, Panama Canal and up the west coast of Latin & North America. Last commercial fishing ended in September 1986 in Kodiak, Alaska but continue to visit Kodiak and friends often.
