• Project managed the migration of L&D’s current standing courses from current platform (Zoom, WebEx TC, BJNS) to WebEx Meeting Center by creating milestones, holding project team and stakeholders accountable to timelines, tracking deliverables, evaluating risks in order to successfully operationalize all 15+ programs by the estimated deadline • Launch and scale 7+ D&I programs in a virtual space by supporting the product’s lifecycle from pilot stages to RTB from an operational standpoint through iterating on tested/piloted sessions using a feedback loop, developing TTTs (train-the-trainers) for facilitators and producers, document SOPs for troubleshooters, schedulers to ensure a clear handoff from pilot team to the Accenture team managing the RTB of sessions • Manage internal faculty for Be the Ally course by creating the facilitator certification process, coordinating with Proteus (external vendor) to evaluate facilitator performance and provide resources (sandbox sessions, materials, updates, etc.) to facilitators to ensure a strong internal faculty pool and learning experience for employees • Create reports from CSOD to evaluate program health and facilitator excellence of 7 D&I programs by visualizing data through pivot tables to inform D&I Learning team of trends and future program improvements • Export HR sensitive data from Visier database to support breakdown of course completion data across various demographics (region, org, job level, department, leader, etc) in order to calculate saturation rates of target audiences to measure impact and reach of D&I courses • Collaborate with XFN partners (Enterprise Learning Operations and L&D partners) to market, operationalize and scale D&I programs globally by establishing processes for escalations, demand planning, coordinating resources for delivery of sessions to seamlessly provide classes for ~60,000 employees globally
