With 10+ years in SaaS and scale-ups, I've worked across review technology, smart mobility and digital healthcare. My focus is retention, portfolio growth and building customer relationships that last. At Trustpilot, I managed a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, achieved quota in 17 out of 21 quarters against a retention target of 108%, and was recognised as a Presidents Club attendee in 2020. As the sole Customer Success Manager at both ParkBee and Quin, I was independently responsible for portfolios of 50 real estate partners and 250 GP practices respectively.
