Kenneth Kwan, CSP is a globally recognised change leadership keynote speaker, author, and solution-focused leadership expert based in Singapore. He is the author of Small Steps to Big Changes — a framework built on the counterintuitive principle that lasting organisational change begins not with massive transformation programmes, but with small, deliberate steps that build unstoppable momentum and measurable results. Kenneth is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) — a designation held by only 40 in Singapore. He has delivered keynotes across 40+ countries, working with multinational corporations, government agencies, and industry associations across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond. His clients include Singapore Airlines, Coca-Cola, DHL, AIA, Toyota, National University Health System (NUHS) and the Singapore Government. With particular expertise in Asian organisational cultures, Kenneth helps leaders shift their teams from problem-focused thinking to solution-focused action — producing measurable results in productivity, employee engagement, and satisfaction scores. A former President of Asia Professional Speakers Singapore and recipient of the World HRD Congress Award and the Outstanding Young Persons Award, Kenneth has been featured in Channel NewsAsia, The Straits Times, BFM 89.9, 938NOW, and Mediacorp. He is the founder of Deep Impact, a leadership development company in Singapore.
At Culture Partners, we help organisations attain their key business results by guiding them to make transformative changes in organisational culture . If strategy, systems and process are the hardware of an organisation, then culture is its software. When asked which one is most likely to help achieve key business results, most leaders say culture. Yet so few know how to create a culture that engages everyone organisationally to achieve its key results. Culture Partners helps leaders define their journey to achieve their key results and make lasting change that defines future business growth, not just for now, but for many years to come.

Membership numbers were retained even in a pandemic situation. We had a record-breaking surplus of $77k while still keeping virtual monthly programs free for our members.
