Kenneth Van Stedum, a 25 year industry veteran, has been with Wipro Limited overseeing the Tampa Wipro Facilities Operations and expansion, formally with HealthPlan Holdings overseeing Real Estate and Facilities project expansion for HealthPlan Services in Tampa and Zenith American Solutions in San Francisco and Portland Oregon for the last 9 years. Ken began his Real Estate/ Facilities / Purchasing career with EPIX Holdings Corporation in 1999, representing the company and managing their purchasing and real estate departments, vendor contracting, landlords, general contractors, real estate brokers, and managing their office portfolio and I.T. Power redundancy back-up systems across the United States. Prior to his current focus on Real Estate / Facilities management, befit his career in Real Estate management, Ken worked at Morton F. Plant Hospital in the Mental Health field for 13-years.
