Built department to drive revenue and cost opportunities through improved use of data and analytics. ► Developed, built, grew, and continuously improved business intelligence tool, leveraging Tableau to track daily operating, sales, pricing, and equipment-related opportunities for 6,000 users and reducing need for operations and sales teams to download and manipulate data. ► Launched natural language query tools using large language model (LLM) and Snowflake Cortex to deliver business insights across 10 key subject areas, providing key insights on revenue and cost reduction opportunities. ► Implemented orchestrating agent across numerous data sources and used retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology to deliver internal chat bot, making it easier for 20,000 employees to find information on company policies, locations, customers, and equipment. ► Created tool based on AWS, LLM, and RAG providing 5,000 mechanics with repair instructions as well as access to manuals, saving up to 2 hours per repair, delivering better customer response, and adding bandwidth to repair more equipment with no additional labor cost.
