About

Kenneth is a native Mandarin speaker and has extensive experience working with Chinese clients and counterparts. He is Deputy General Counsel (Global Head of Product Legal (CEX)at OKX, where he oversees a team taking care of all products on the centralised exchange. He is an M&A lawyer by training and have extensive regional experience, having lived and worked in Myanmar for a total of 5 years. Being an entrepreneur himself, Kenneth is passionate about opportunities in the Web 3 ecosystem. Previously, he has set up various businesses including an ASEAN-focused investment and legal consultancy, a sports apparel brand, and a football club and academy in Portugal. Outside of work, he is an active volunteer. He is a Member of both the Finance & Investment Committee as well as the Sustainability Committee of the Tanjong Pagar Town Council. He is also the Head of the Sustainability Sub-Committee of the Tanjong Pagar-Tiong Bahru Citizen Consultative Committee. He is also co-founder of The High Panters, a non-profit running crew whose mission is to raise money and awareness for various charities. His highest sporting honour was winning the Singapore Sports Awards by the Singapore National Olympic Council in 1999 as part of the Singapore National Under-18 Men’s Rugby Team.
