Kenneth ("Kenny") E. White is the Managed Care Industry Lead and a SVP for Alliant Insurance Services. He leads a dedicated/specialized team that addresses the risk and solutions needs of traditional managed care entities of all types, provider owned and self funded employer health plans, risk-based reimbursement entities, administrative service companies, PBMs, TPAs and other similar companies. Dental, vision and pet insurance plans, government programs, commercial, ACA and Association plans are included. His responsibilities include senior leadership, thought leadership/education, risk and solution innovation and strategy, claims and coverage advocacy, alternative risk financing/captive insurance, and sales and service. This includes the identification, quantification, management, mitigation amelioration and transfer of risk. He serves as a leader in the ABA Health Law Section (Council Member), is emeritus Chair of the Managed Care and Insurance subsection and is the Founder/Chair of the ABA National Managed Care Institute. He served as chair of the National Managed Care Roundtable for 10 years. Kenny is also an active member of AHLA, AHIP and other related industry associations. He speaks regularly nationally and internationally on topics related to health care/managed care risk, exposure and transfer and health care policy, economics and finance. Kenny also serves in a capacity of carrier relationship liaison for markets that extend capacity in the "managed care" industry and works closely with all other Alliant business groups on matters related to healthcare, life sciences and managed care. As a trial attorney specializing in healthcare, managed care and insurance for almost 30 years and a licensed broker and consultant for more than 10, Mr. White is uniquely qualified. He has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of health care litigation. Mr. White has been involved in nationwide litigation and has tried numerous matters before juries and judges at the administrative, state, federal and appellate court levels. He is A.V. rated in the Martindale Hubble legal directory, is recognized by many other groups and publications for his expertise and has been named a Top Lawyer and a Super Lawyer in his areas of expertise. He is a member of numerous related industry groups, and is a member of multiple state bar associations, Federal District and Appellate Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.
