I am disheartened by the prevalent approach among many educators who merely repeat textbook material without providing context or rationale behind key concepts, models, or theories. In contrast, I prioritize enlightening students by elucidating the practical wisdom, rationale, and implications of these principles within the real-world business landscape. At people's request, I advise them to select their academic paths and careers using the model ITSOS developed by me. As a hobby, I'm a content creator, passionate about translating Cantonese slang and colloquial expressions etc. to English.
