Can play a good role in assisting team mate to work toward the goals of the group and always pressuring myself to become better because pressure is a motivation to achieve more. Love meeting new people because we get to learn what we don’t know and give what they need the best.
Liaise with customers, scheduling appointments, bookkeeping and filing. Also assisting director in developing and implementing marketing strategies, interacting with customers, planning and organizing activities and projects within the company as well as perform ad-hoc tasks being assigned from time to time. For the time being in the company, I’ve learnt how to negotiate with customers to get the very best of win-win situation, people don’t always get what they want, sometimes sacrifice is essential. Other than talking to the customers, communicating within colleagues is a lesson, so is planning and organizing. Through the day to day reports filing, I’ve learnt to be more organized and be more careful, to put things in the right place is to make sure that we are aware of and know to go to the right place when we need something.
