About

I’m a writer first. Everything else I’ve built in my career—editing, content strategy, SEO, and content management—began with a passion for helping people understand complex ideas. Today, I work as a Content Manager, Writer, Editor, and Content Strategist, leading content production and creating content that’s clear, useful, and built to serve both readers and search engines. I believe the best content doesn’t force people to work for the answer. It simplifies complexity, builds trust, and helps people find exactly what they need. Throughout my career, I’ve written and edited content across industries including insurance, healthcare, education, government services, and technology. I’ve helped develop SEO-driven content strategies, managed editorial workflows, coached writers, maintained content quality, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver content that aligns with business goals while keeping the reader at the center. I’m equally comfortable writing long-form articles, optimizing content for search, editing for clarity and consistency, building scalable editorial processes, and using AI responsibly to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality or the human voice. I see AI as a tool that strengthens great writing—not a replacement for it. Before transitioning into content strategy and editorial leadership, I spent years as an English teacher and writing instructor. That experience shaped how I approach every project today: with empathy for the audience, respect for clear communication, and a commitment to making even the most technical subjects approachable. My core areas of expertise include: • Content Strategy • Writing & Editing • SEO Content Strategy • Content Management • Editorial Leadership • Content Marketing • AI-Assisted Content Workflows • Keyword Research & On-Page SEO • Technical & Educational Content • Content Operations • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Team Leadership & Writer Development If your organization needs someone who can bridge strategy and storytelling, elevate content quality, and transform complex information into content people actually understand, I’d love to connect.
