• Direct reporting to the CEO, member of the Executive Committee • Responsible for all HR functions, Administrative Affairs & OHS processes • Managing the HR, Administrative Affairs & OHS team of 22 people • Developing and executing Human Resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization • Responsible for: Employer Branding, Company Culture and Values, Recruitment, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee Productivity and Engagement, Performance Management, Training and Development, Personnel Budget and HR Business Plan, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Employee Relations and Legal Issues, Occupational Health and Safety • Applying Agile methodologies in HR and coaching HR team members on Kanban and Scrum • Driving Kanban practices for all recruitment processes and Scrum in HR projects
