Strategic Leadership develops and implements operational policies, procedures, and long-term strategic plans that align with the company’s overall vision and goals. Spearhead Process Improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Team Management, lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisor’s and operations staff, overseeing hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Manage transportation and distribution end-to-end service logistics process, including warehousing importer/exporter setup, master parts lists, routing guides and reverse logistics, analyzing logistics and transportation budgets, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements to reduce costs. Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and other external partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Staff Supervision including logistics, warehouse personnel, and production personnel Cross-functional collaboration coordinates and aligns the activities of various departments- including sales, finance, human resources, legal, trade compliance, order management, tech support, IT Work closely with product management to plan for new product introductions (NPIs) and end-of-life (EOL) strategies for service parts. Communicate program status, risks, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders and senior management. Participate in financial audits and issue Purchase Orders for service when necessary. Review SOW/MSA contract renewals and pricing negotiations
