● Plan, develop and organize people activities (e.g. Employee Relation events, Employee Assistance programs, etc.), including staff communication, staff engagement strategies, in order to strengthen employee relations. ● Work closely with key business stakeholders/ vendors to organize company events aligning with company vision and goals. ● Provide administrative support to the national and regional Firm’s community.
Responsible for various administrative activities, ● Prepare statistical studies and analysis based on data, reporting and supporting daily business-as-usual administrative work, including financial settlement, claim handling and SIM card enquiry ● Execute ad-hoc project-based tasks and activities, including end-to-end insurance engagement and repairing warranty arrangement ● Collaborating and liaising with different BUs in the organization to ensure task delivery ● Communicate with external entities to deal with any issues regarding the organization and redirect to corresponding stakeholders
