Project manage and oversee a diverse range of building and civil engineering projects: • Ensure building improvements and major projects are provided in a timely, professional and cost effective manner, having regard to relevant legislation and standards determined by Council • Assist the client Departments to apply the State Government Grants for the projects. • Facilitate the other engineers and building officers in project management issues. • Recommend new or different approaches to deal with issue and create opportunities to improve service delivery. • Coordination, management and supervision of the design and construction of building improvement and capital work projects. • Delivery of projects that are on time, on budget, environmentally sustainable and fit for purpose, etc.
