During my gap year, I had the privilege of working at Equity Bank in the operations department. This experience not only sharpened my organizational and problem-solving skills but also reinforced my desire to pursue a career in medicine. It taught me the importance of precision and attention to detail, qualities that are equally crucial in the world of healthcare. My time at Equity Bank also allowed me to witness firsthand the powerful impact that well-organized systems and dedicated professionals can have on individuals and communities.
