At XMA, we put success before solutions and experience before technology. That’s why we’ve grown to become one of the UK’s largest value-add resellers. We specialise in realising individual ambitions, ultimately helping customers do more with the technology they invest in. With over 20 years of procurement, supply chain and operations experience in the Private and Public sector, I now work to provide XMA with a clear roadmap to continuing success. I work closely with key internal stakeholders and our strategic supply chain partners to ensure expectations are always met or exceeded. XMA wouldn’t have grown to be one of the largest value-added resellers in the UK without vision. We consult, define, adapt and deliver on real-life outcomes, collaborating closely to bring positive impact home.
Successfully developing and implementing the Indirect procurement function responsible for £150m worth of spend from a blank canvas. This included; • Bringing together a team of ten procurement professionals of varying grades (some existing and some externally recruited staff) into a structured and highly effective unit. • Engaging and developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the business. • Developing a new category matrix, strategic business plan and budgets and successfully delivering against them. • Consolidation and substantial reductions in the existing supply chain and developing new strategic partnerships with key business critical suppliers. • Ongoing supplier relationship management with balanced scorecards, regular 360 review meetings, supplier feedback processes, root cause analysis and continuous performance improvement. • Implementing robust risk and cost management processes by introducing standard contracts, penalty linked service level agreements, authorisation matrixes and milestone sign off stages.
